"'Bringing the dream of science fiction to life,' that is what I believe Tengion is all about. Having worked for a number of years in the field of Tissue Engineering and watching the field struggle to bring products to market, I decided to go back to the world of recombinant proteins. When I reviewed Tengion's business plan, I found it so realistic and compelling, along with solid financial backing, that I decided to leave the established world of biologics and return to tissue engineering to create 'custom neo-organs and tissues'.

I am having the time of my life since I joined Tengion! There is a common passion that resonates throughout the company: 'We do what no one has done before'.
